It's a beautiful day out this morning. 

I didn't wake up and have to spend 20 min hacking crap up.

DefConn was in a wonderful mood and being very silly.

DH slept in and left for work a little later than normal today.

Tomorrow is FRIDAY!!

It's raining here, and I'm kinda happy about that.  My house hasn't really seen anything below 68 inside since this weekend.  I'm hoping it cools off a bit.  Wore new shoes today, almost fell out of them before I left the house.  NOT SMRT.  Still kept them on....we shall see if I plummet to my death.  I'm foolhardy.

I've been in a funky head space while H is gone....it's hard to find motivation to get up early and run, so I shove it all into the evening and like a true procrastinator I wait until Thursday night to do all the chores.  Classic.

It's raining.

I went to bed too late and was up too early now I'm grumpy.

DD is a Billy Joel fan it seems. I have started putting on music in the mornings to help her not have a meltdown over whatever she decides is offensive. This morning she started dancing as soon as she heard the opening bars to "We Didn't Start The Fire." and if I sing "Just The Way You Are" to her, she snuggles close and sighs.

I'm trying to get ready for a Baptism.  sMIL asked what she could do to help.  I should have asked her to take the kids.  They are driving me apey.  I'm so tired of picking up the same stuff.

I could, but it's not really that big of a deal.  It just made me realize that everyone offers to bring something, but I'd really prefer someone to clean my house while I made everything.  Nobody ever offers to clean.

I'm cursing my allergies this morning.  I woke up feeling like I had been crying all night - eyes puffy and watery, nose stuffed up but running.  Ugh.  I take Zyrtec every day but doubled up today.

On top of that, it's shark week and my parts feel like they are trying to bust out.  Tylenol on board for that.

I'm at work but wish I was at home, in bed with a bottle of wine.

I love The Terror Trio.

We did a bike ride last night (only around 13 miles), but for some reason I'm really feeling that today.  We went out on trails that are unusual for us and they were a bit more curvy, hilly, so I think it just took more body work.  I woke up at 3 and drank a big glass of milk and took some Aleve before I could go back to sleep.

It's raining, so I didn't ride in.  I have lunch w/one of the bosses today, Diva, who is starting to settle down, so I won't be able to call him Diva much any longer.  I hate to say it, but it's really starting to look like his staff was his problem.  I'm not going to say he's not demanding and abrupt personality wise, but he's really not the arse he once was.

I'm entirely too aware of my butt this morning.  Youch!

what if we play a guessing game, and you just tell us if we are right or wrong? technically you aren't tellingus anything! 

i'm glad for the rain, only because i don't have to go outside and water my tomatoes. i don't even like tomatoes, but i like growing them.

also, this is the week during my cycle when i can wake up, throw my hair into a style and walk out the door before having showered and my hair looks great. i wish the good morning hair would last longer than a few days.

H and i had a conversation over who is worse: springer or maury. he thinks maury is going to hell before springer because maury pretends to be their friend, but really he just profist off of other people's actual problems. springer just lets the trash do their thing on TV. it's an ongoing conversation, but i think he might be right. they both aren't hitler evil, but they might just have a few spots reserved in hell/
