I was relying on my wedding website on The Knot for RSVPs, but many of my guests have been unable to RSVP!! They keep getting a server error message. I emailed TK about this with a screenshot of the error, but they haven't replied yet... I found message boards from back in January 2011 with this same issue. I love you, The Knot, but this issue is causing me a lot of extra work and stress right now! Why has this problem not been fixed for two and a half years?! Is anyone else having this problem? Did anyone find a solution? Thanks!!
