    I LOVE "I'll try not to make a scene". Man, I've been to so many weddings where that would've been an appropriate answer. I'm starting to get sick of the wedding gift thing.

    We've had one wedding invite in 3 years.  It's a kid free affair in Montreal.  I'm sad we can't go.

    I still remember my cousin replying that he would attend, but he'd also have 7 small children hiding under his dress.

    Maybe the guy from a couple weeks ago should have sent out that RSVP and then he could have understood the too many cupcakes and no gift guest. 

    I'm sure he still would have been butthurt.

    I think we're out of the wedding days around here. All of our siblings are married.  Almost all of our friends are married off.  The only stragglers would be siblings friends that get married and I can't think of anyone who's close to that point.

    Would you be more worried about the several small children, or the fact that he's wearing a dress big enough to hide several small children?
