Anyone else's guest list glitching?

For some reason, starting yesterday, anyone I try to change to accepted or declined, it won't save. I've even changed it on my phone, and any time I try to log into a computer, it still says no response.

Anyone else having this issue? I can't find any information for tech support for the knot, the help sections just are things for people who don't know how to use the site.

    Jackie are you on the tech team? Who do we call about this? When will it be fixed? I'm having problems both when people try to RVSp through my wedding web site, and when I try to add responses in my guest list. It's a disaster. I paid for my web site and certainly would have used another company had I known that I would have these problems.

    The unfortunate thing is this is the website I have listed on ALL of my invitations. So people are going to the web site trying to RSVP and it's not working. I'm so p*ssed...if anyone else is reading this.... DO NOT USE THE KNOT'S WEB SITES FOR YOUR WEDDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • By the way, I've been trying to call customer service ALL morning and get a message saying they aren't available, even though it's during their regular business hours.
