Garter

Hey!

I am not sure if this is a dumb question, but when should you buy the garter? I really want to order one from La Gartier, and I know they take some time if they are custom.... so not sure when its the right time to purchase a garter. (I just ordered my dress this weekend)

I don't think it matters. Just, you know, before the wedding. If you want one, that is.

I made my own, and I think I started about 6 months out if you want an actual comparison. But truly it doesnt matter.

The law says you have to buy it exactly 4.2 months before your wedding.

whenever. i ordered mine from etsy a few months ahead of time. it was a busy shop, so they quoted me a few weeks production/ship time.  thankfully - i had that much time to wait

the earlier the better in my opinion!
