Has anyone utilized this company before?
I'm supposed to have a lead photog, association photog and videographer for my Las Colinas wedding which I booked with them almost a year ago.
So far, engagement photos and bridal photos with my lead photog have been great.
However, now I'm one month from my wedding and I had to call them to find out who my associate photog and videographer were (2 weeks ago they told me they don't assign these until at least one month out). When I called this morning they told me that they can only give out the videographers first name and no contact information because they are "so busy" and that the person will call me to go over details of my wedding the week of!
I wasn't going to call and harass them or anything, I just wanted to google them to make sure they have actually shot weddings before and maybe find some reviews?
Ugh. I hope I don't regret this decision.
