I spent a lot of time trying to find a solution to being able to workout and get in shape before my wedding date without breaking the bank investing in gym memberships, home equipment, DVDs, etc.
I finally decided to just educate myself about fitness and nutrition by studying anatomy, kinesiology and the nutritional science of food and have recently began blogging at 2468fit.com.
The workouts I post require next to no props and rely on your own body weight for resistance. They can be done in small spaces (provided you have enough room to lay down) and are often quiet enough to be done during nap times. Best of all, it is complete free and I add new content daily (except Sundays).
