I am recently engaged and would like to have a spring outdoor wedding and indoor reception. My fiance and I are on a tight budget since we are paying for everything ourselves. The budget at most is $2500. I am looking for a pretty outdoor venue that is fairly inexpensive. I have started to look at different venues around the Charlotte/ Matthews/ Mint Hill/ Concord/ Mt Pleasant Area. I have found Colonel Francis Beatty park in Matthews. Has anyone had or been to a wedding here? Any suggestion for other venues?
Another question, I have found the colors I would love for the wedding but not sure if it is too many colors. The colors are pink, orange, lime green and maybe blue. Attached is the colors and flowers I want. I want the bridesmaids to be in different colors either with the same dress or different dresses (not sure, Any suggests?). I also thought about the groom and groomsmen in a black or grey suit with the different color ties.
Any suggests or ideas?
