Ocean Place in Long Branch - yay or nay?

Has anyone gotten married at Ocean Place Resort and Spa in Long Branch NJ or looking to get married here? My fiancé and I really like it but we feel it is waaaay overpriced. Is it worth the price? Do they negotiate? Any help or advice would be welcomed! Thanks.
