NWR why do some people have to ruin the fun

I am at a local cover band show. Its great. I have seen the bands before and I like them a lot. I am here with my sister and a few friends and I was having a great time.
After awhile I noticed people getting closer and closer to me. They are now bumping into and basically ignoring that I am there. Did I suddenly learn the secret to invisibility? Have I acquired a cloak or a ring that would make me disappear and I not notice? So now I am constantly moving over so I can try and avoid bruises and I cant enjoy the show.
Why must some people be so rude?

Large crowds with dancing/moving people who are very close to one another are quite common at concerts.  I guess I'm not sure what you expected.  I would advise you never to attend a concert with a mosh pit.

I just went to a MachineHead concert this past Thursday. The closer to the front you are... The more you're pushed. I'm little but I love moshing! \m/

Then you shouldn't go to shows that only have general admission. I don't like getting jostled, so I go to concerts that have assigned seating.

I have been to many many shows. In fact I went to a concert the day I got engaged. However this was the worst I have ever experienced.

3 bands. No more tears (ozzy) maiden ny (iron maiden) and unleash the priest (judas priest) I have seen these bands before and never had a problem. It was literally like I wasnt there.

The bruises I use to get at shows were a badge of honor. That's what happens when you go see bands play.
