Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh

paper

We're going shopping for paper for our invitations tonight. We'll probably end up buying online, but I wanted to check locally first. Anyone know of any paper stores around Pittsburgh?

The only thing I can think of is craft stores and office supply stores.  Try Michaels or office depot.  :)

Sara, you're north of the city, right?  Not sure if it's still there, but there was a big scrapbook store in the little plaza where the Panera is in Cranberry/Marshall, across 19 from the new big Giant Eagle there.

I ordered my invitation paper online in bulk, but Michaels is nice for single sheets or bulk white/black.

I was just being nebby! I ordered 100 sheets of 80# 11x17 ivory linen from paperandmore to start my pocketfolds. I ended up trimming too much off all sheets that I ordered. Huge oops! Anyway, I found paperworks.com. Nobody ever mentions them, but they had the same ivory, 250 pack for $71 with S/H. Their packages have a much higher qty, but the prices are low and may be worth it if you need to use the same paper for programs, escort cards, etc.

I ordered our pocketfolds from cardsandpockets, I believe.  The paper?  We just used good ol' Ivory paper from Staples.  It was way cheap, easy to get and didn't make the invitations too heavy to go about the wedding stamp.

Ditto SBJen.  We went to Michael's to find paper that we liked.  We then took the number from the back of the paper, found it online, and ordered from the cheapest supplier we could find, which was createforless.com

I ordered my pocketfolds and paper from cardsandpockets.com like Jenn.  I used plain old Staples white paper for the actual invite.
