Breakfast at 630pm reception?

I am toying with the idea of serving breakfast at the reception instead of "dinner" food. My biggest hurdle is who will cater it. I don’t want iHop, Denny's or those food chains. Does anyone have any recommendations around the Tampa Bay area? Does anyone have any advice or opinions on serving breakfast?

    I would personally be very entertained by the concept of breakfast at a dinner time reception and I applaud your unique idea.  Breakfast buffets are always a lot of fun and are very filling.  My only suggestion would be to be careful with the alcohol because, I think, it should go along with the breakfast theme, so mimosas and bloody marys. 
    Sorry, I know nothing about the Tampa area catering.

    Congratulations!! Now there is a board for the Tampa area. Perhaps you can ask them and they'll recommend someone.
