If you start calling someone and never finish, 911 will call you back to make sure you are ok.
I had this voicemail "This is 911 calling in response to an open phone line. If this is an actual emergency pleas call 911. If not please use the keypad lock on your phone. It's important to keep phone lines open for emergencies."
Looks like Max managed to dial a 34 and nothing else. Guess @auntflo isn't the only one he wants to talk to.
