Ceremony Only Venue within 30 minutes of Thirdward area Milwaukee

Hi -

I am looking for ideas for a venue that will allow just a ceremony. We already have a location for the reception (Walkers Point/Thirdward area in Milwaukee) but they don’t have a great ceremony space.  Plus my FI really wants something with at least a view of Lake Michigan ideally something outside near the lake. I looked at Villa Terrance but they are way out of my budget for just a ceremony. We are open to any “off beat” ideas (parks, private rentals, places that normally don’t scream wedding, etc.) I don’t want guests to have to drive more than 30ish minutes between locations so that also limits us a bit. We are also hoping if it is somewhere outside they have a weather back up plan.

The wherehouse has an outdoor area on the lake. I don't know how many guests it will actually hold, but it's pretty neat.

Tripoli Shrine center - not on the lake, but nice because it's DT, and the space is unique and beautiful! Price was great, too.

Zilber Park- right next to the new Brewhouse Inn. Not on the lake- but outside, beautiful, and not far from 3rd Ward
