My earlobes are too big to wear normal earrings. The studs fall through the holes. I want to wear my mom's pearl earrings but i dont want to lose them. What can i do to fix my ears without going under the knife?? Surgery is NOT in our wedding budget!

How far did you gauge your ears? If you can try and find a pair of earring jackets to make your moms pearls larger so they do not fall through.

Do the studs fall out just on one side or both? If the stud stays on the front, could you get the backs with the large clear circle on the back? Do you know what I'm talking about?

Another idea is taking them to a jeweler and having them made into clip-ons.

I would just get the backings changed to an enclosed hook. Way cheaper than surgery.

Get your ears re-pierced. It won't make the holes you have smaller, but it'll give you something to work with!
