  I don't know anything about them and have never tried their food, but they deliver and their prices are very inexpensive.  If you try them, please let me know how you like them!!

  Old Carolina BBQ is in the Akron/ Canton area, but I imagine they'd travel up to Cleveland.

  Mr. Mikes Catering is based out of the Canton-ish area and has great food and great prices, def. in your range
