Please always remember when your wedding is a package deal with your hotel or venue site, you do not always have to go with their picks. We were nickled and dimed by a local cake vendor (scrumptions) for my daughters wedding. The cake endend up costing almost 700.00 for 50 people. We promptly told the hotel we would find our own bakery. Our cake now is half the price and the people there were a pleasure to work with (sin deserts). So you can do things your way! Dont let anyone over price anything for your special day.
