    Posted by MattsPenguin[/QUOTE]

Nor NY drivers! Which is why I wouldn't trust anyone to stop for me! :-)

I mean, yeah, technically pedestrians always have the right of way, so even if they're jaywalking and you hit them, you're screwed.

Steph, I'm sorry about your car. Which reminds me. I judge the woman who's car I hit last week. Yes, it was my fault. But she took my info then got in her car and left without giving me so much as her name because she said, "My kids are going to be late for school!" Well I was 30 minutes late for work cause I called the cops on you, dumbass.

<-- I told that story before, but not in an i judge thread. I still judge her.

This isn't directed at you, cac. Just a general thought:

I think that's a bit extreme, TBH. There's no way that we can leave no 'imprint' on the environment.

Sure, don't be wasteful and do things that you can to be green, but trying to predict when an infant is going to use the restroom? That's just silly.

My mom heard that in China (I think?) they hold the baby above the sink or toilet and get them to go. So the babies end up potty trained by about 1 year. But this is from my mom, so I have no idea about the accuracy.

I can do basic math, but when I was a cashier I had a fairly sophisticated cash register that did it for me.

  • I judge adults, sans children, who use their vacation time to go to Disney. Sorry, I think that's weird. Disney weddings/honeymoons are completely bizarre to me.
  • Mandy- I *think* most people who use cloth diapers use a cleaning service.  They pick up the dirties and give you clean ones.

Yes.  Piggybacking off this, I judge adults who wear cartoon/disney characters anywhere on their clothing.  You are 29 years old.  Why are you wearing a winnie the pooh sweatshirt?

  • I don't know if this is really a judgement or not...but I'm watching a True Life that recorded on Monday, and it's about 4 teenagers in Saudi Arabia that are sick of the way things are in their country.

This boy met some girl online and she was at the mall, but he couldn't go inside to meet her because it was a "families only" mall. And at his McDonald's he has to sit in a singles section that's behind a curtain.

    Yikes.

I wouldn't be able to live like that.

It's called Elimination Communication.  Some bumpies on the AP board use it.

btw - I find it funny people get all up in arms over spelling mistakes, yet thinks it okay that someone can't do simple math in their head.  It's just kind of interesting.

What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.
  • On the Disney topic...I can't stand adults that wear giant cartoon characters on their clothing.

But, I did go to WDW for my HM, and I'm really not even ashamed. We didn't go so I could meet Mickey Mouse. We went because we love amusement parks and I hadn't been to WDW.

I felt like there was plenty to do that didn't include the characters.

    But to each their own.

I live close to Disneyland, so I'll go for a day once a year or so. But it would be, like, my 200th choice for an adults-only vacation.

  • Speaking of pedestrians: I judge the driver who almost ran me over while I was crossing ON A PEDESTRIAN CROSSWALK  and then threw his hands up like I was purposely trying to walk in front of his car.. There's a stop sign there for a reason!

  • I have never been to Disney.  But, my inlaws go every 2 years.  They love rides and anything disney.  I think it's kind of cute.  It's totally them though.

Of all the places in the world they could go they always go there to celebrate their anniversary.  This year they're hitting up Hawaii though!  I'm pretty excited (and jealous of them) for them!

  • There are definitely parents in China that don't use diapers. The kids have assless pants or pants with slits. Some parents will hold their kids over drains on the street so they can go. I get that it makes sense, but it was totally bizarre to see. Especially the kids just walking around in those outfits.
