Question for those of you who used Cards & Pockets for printing

So I just got my printed proof set from Cards and Pockets, and the colors were off... I mean way off. I was curious to know if anyone else who used C&P for printing had this issue initially? I followed their directions, working in CMYK mode and I even used the CMYK code of the color of the paper I'd be using for matting. Look at the comparison below.



The left was my print out from my own computer, which matches the mat perfectly, and the right is the printed proof I got. I've contacted them and waiting to hear back, I just didn't know if while I'm waiting anyone can tell me what I might have done wrong!!!

    Well they got back to me, and I was quite surprised and disappointed with their response. They basically had no suggestions on how to correct the problem, just let them know what I'd like to do and sorry if we don't print with them!! I'm shocked, I would think they'd at least have some suggestions on what I need to do to help them get the right color on their end.... very strange. You'd think they'd make more of an effort to keep the business. So many people use them for printing, so I'd love to know how successful people have been with them or if they had this issue and how it got fixed....
