How would you feel if we did more daily activities on the board? Like confession one day of the week. Flames another day. TMI another? Sort like QOTD but more so a theme for each day?

Also do we really need all the stickies at the top? Cant we combined the birthday, about you and wedding dates into one?

I think it'd be fun to have themes for the QOTD :-)

Having all the stickies doesn't really bother me. But, condensing them wouldn't be the worst idea either.

Monday- Wedding related QOTD
Tuesday-TMI related QOTD
Wednesday- Things that bother you or gotten on your nerves(Flames)
Thursday-Confessions
Friday-???

Also I would love some suggestion on what to ask for QOTD.

I like the idea of themes, but I'm not a huge fan of flames. If it's done in good sport and no one takes it personally, then I wouldn't mind, but I know that's unrealistic with so many different people with different personalities.

I know that Flame threads are not popular on local and club boards. I meant it more as things that bother of IRL or on the boards. Maybe venting is a better term.

I think Friday should be Dear FI Friday.

Write a little letter to your FI about whatever. Show it to him or don't.

I have to agree that the stickies drive me nuts. I think one with all the "rules" and "fyi" into would be perfect. sometimes less is more.

and as for themes, seems like a good plan. please just don't make a separate sticky saying what topic for what day =)

Thanks Spiffy. I am kind of running out of TMI question to ask. I know people's idea of TMI are different so it's hard to gauge what to ask. I also feel like all my TMI question are sex related and you all are going to start to think I am some sex crazed bride to be.

Think of all the questions we have to come up with for the next year and a half. We're going to know more about each other than I think we'd like to. We might have to start repeating them while more people join to get to know the newbs.

I like the themes idea (not so much with the flame one though).

As for the stickies they are being taken care of. I cannot really "combine" them but some of them are just stickies right now but will be unstickied soon. I'm aiming to cut down to one sticky for the future.
Again guys, if you have a problem or any suggestions about anything please let me know. All the stickies are there because a good number of girls requested that they become them.

Themes are so cute! And little games would be interesting like the one kelsey+brandon did a few days ago! Little things like that! Friday could be game day and we could rotate the different ones. If everyone agrees, I could in charge of Fridays

i like this idea for fridays. maybe i don't get the dear FI very much, but if i have a love letter i want to write to him, i would just write it. and it's not much of a question. but that's just me.

A compromise for the "flame" idea - on my local board we used to do a "WTF" thread where we could go WTF to something that had happened in the last week or that day. Kind of the same premise, but without really opening it up to actually flaming other people on the board.
