Catering in NWA

We are doing a BBQ reception and I don't have a ton of time to do a lot of tastings.  Does anyone know of a great BBQ caterer that isn't too pricey?

    Okay so we TOTALLY changed direction with food and finally booked our caterer...we reallllly thought BBQ would be the most bang for our buck.  WRONG!  We booked Crabby's and at a STEAL!  It is NOT a problem to be less than $10 per person!  We tried a few things that we hadn't had before, but we were already huge fans--we just never thought we could afford it!  SO EXCITED!!
