  I second the Semple Mansion, everything about your inspiration photos would fit that venue.

  
  

  What about the Women's Club of Minneapolis, the colors are darker than in your inspiration photos but it still has a romantic/vintage feel to me. (http://www.womansclub.org/club/scripts/home/home.asp)

  What kind of budget are you looking at? The Historic Courthouse is fantastic, but it might be a tight squeeze if you have more than 200 people. I would definitely take a look at the Semple if your budget allows it. You might also try the St Paul Library or Landmark Center.

  I'm doing a look "kinda" like that at the Landmark Center in downtown St. Paul.  They have open catering there, which helps with the budget.
