Does anyone have a rec for a day-of coordinator in Kalamazoo (or GR/Battle Creek that's willing to travel)? My sister is having an outdoor wedding at the Kalamazoo Nature Center, and handling all the set-up herself - they aren't allowed to start set-up until 11am and their wedding is at 2pm... I'd love to see if she can hire a day-of coordinator to handle the set-up and work with the vendors, so she can focus on herself.
Any rec's?
