Make-up Pricing Question and Desperate Ideas Needed on Who to Use

HI Boston Brides! I just got a quote for a $100 for my make-up and $75 for my bridemaids.  Is this a reasonable price? It sounds expensive to me. I want my make-up to be very natural.  Any recommendations on who to use? I would love it if someone would travel to Newton.  If they also do hair that is a bonus, but not sure what I am doing in the hair area yet.  I am considering going to the salon for hair and then getting make-up done at the house.  We have to be ready at 12:30pm.  I have 5 bridesmaids.

    I almost booked Brea Cherne who is a make-up artist who travels on-site (http://www.makeupbybrea.com/) . I think it was $75 for the bride $50 for BMs.

    Brea is so sweet and does a great job. I know she comes highly recommended on this board as well. The only reason why we didn't book her was because I had a really hard time finding a hair stylist I liked that would come on-site. I am going to a hair salon close by our venue and there is a good make-up artist there so we are getting everything done at the salon. HTH!

    I think those prices are reasonable.  I used Ann Marie Kett 508.854.3113.  She was great to work with and really sweet.  I can't remember exact pricing, but I think my make up was around $100 while the bridesmaids were around $60.  I really wanted to find someone that had a reasonable price for the bridesmaids.  I had a trial that cost $40.  There was no travel fee to Natick.  I would definitely recommend calling her.  www.beautyexpress-makeupartistry.com/" target="_blank" class="linktext">

    I think those prices are reasonable, many I found charged $125-150 for the bride.

    I used Special Event Beauty. You can also scroll back a page and see a ton of responses for make-up/hair vendors in another post.

    I met Ligia when she gave me her business card after hearing a co-worker ask me about the wedding at my job. I can't personally attest to her work, but she was very sweet -- and from her website it looks like she travels.

    We used Tara from Tada Yourself (http://tadayourself.com/artist.html) who I believe was $100 for bride and $55 for bridesmaids. She did an excellent job.

    I agree that those prices are in line for brides makeup and BM makeup.

    We used Girly Junk and paid $60 per person.  Last I checked her prices hadn't changed.  I have pics (under Makeup) and a review (under Vendor Reviews) in my bio if you're interested.
