* Accountability - Weekend edition - Happy Monday!

This weekend, I ran my first 8.40 miles! Farthest I've run! The one thing I do love about running is that it allows me to eat more carbs since I need them ;) Did have a lot of pizza this weekend, but no weight difference...

"She" is coming this week so feel the bloat coming on. For Lent, I've decided to give up candy, so that'll help and I'll need the extra push!

Saturday:
Workout: 8.40 mile run

Sunday:
Workout: Insanity Pure Cardio

Today:
Workout: Yoga X/P90x for 45 minutes
B - Cereal + almond milk & protein shake
TBD:
L - leftover pizza w/baby spinach salad
S - apple, ww pbj

  • I'm not going to even begin going into what I ate this weekend. I was TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! I was so stressed... vent post coming later, but I'm turning things around today...

    B: chobani mango & coffee
    To Do
    L: spinach salad w/ pesto chicken, feta, veggies & FF dressing, roll
    D: tortellini & kale soup (from scratch I even made my own stock)
    W/O: jumping jacks, crunches, push ups, 20 min walk

  • This weekend was bad because we had our reception tasting. .. and then family dinners (with dessert) I did maintain though so that's good. I know I know it's not a numbers thing but my goal is 8 pounds by March 17th (which is my first fitting). I think it's totally doable! I've lost 15 in the last year so what's another 8 in 30 days haha

    Today-
    B: APPLE, chocolate glazed donut from Dunkin (eh) and a large coffee with skim milk

    S&L: My snack and lunch ran together since I had a late meeting but I had a nice serving of oatmeal, walnuts, and brown sugar that will keep me full all afternoon. I love oatmeal in the fall/winter time!

    S: Proably another apple..
    (I didn't pack my meals this monring since I came from FI house but I have this and that at my desk)

    WO: HIT Class, running, Zumba Class
