Just wanted to recommend the florist we used in case anyone's looking for someone in Bay Ridge.
We used Pepe at Heaven Scent (on 13th Ave and 75th-ish street) for our flowers and he was absolutely fantastic. Everyone complimented the flowers, including the pastor--who has done hundreds of weddings--who told us that the flowers were some of the freshest he'd ever seen. His prices were fair, and he was good at listening to our (rather vague) ideas and creating something beautiful from them.
And when I realized I had forgotten to order one of the bridesmaid's bouquets (yup, only 1 1/2 hours before the wedding !!! Long story...), I called Pepe and he made one up and delivered it right away--free of charge.
Excellent service, beautiful flowers, and a genuinely nice guy--what more could you ask for in a florist?
