STL Caterers, allow to bring own alcohol?

Hello,

I am planning to bring my own caterer to our reception venue, but I was unsure whether most caterers allow you to purchase the alcohol and they simply provide the staff to serve it. Is this typical or will I have trouble finding caterers who allow this?

You'll probably have some trouble finding one- maybe use a smaller company or a restaurant?

There are caterers that will allow you to bring in your own, need to check the venue, normally they have rules about this.
