Let me start by saying that I did read the sticky about lurking and I solemnly swear that I did lurk for quite a while.

My name is Tempa and SO and I have been together for almost six months. We have talked about marriage but are in no way planning a wedding. However, I'm interested in getting to know the other posters here so I thought I should post an introduction eventually.

So, how is everyone?

And on a side note...is anyone as addicted to netflix as I am?

Edit: I used to have Netflix but we ended up cancelling it. It was pretty neat.

Hello, I second Beth's questions!

I hate Netflix, personally lol. We had it and everything we wanted to watch wasn't available. I can watch more on Hulu, Fancast, or other sites than paying for Netflix.

I pay for netflix every month, but I haven't used it since August. I'm reluctant to cancel it because I always think that I'm about to use it, but never do.

<div>Hmmm...favorite books would have to be Harry Potter. When the last movie was coming out I started reading the books and I read all of them and then watched the movies when I was done. It was awesome. A friend made me buy the Hunger Games but I havent had time to get into it yet. Seems pretty interesting so far though!</div><div>

Ooo I am!!! My bf and I actually don't have regular tv because we haven't gotten the motivation to buy a converter box, and we don't want to spend a ton of money on cable. So whenever we watch tv, which is a lot, we watch netflix. Right now I'm addicted to Private Practice. What do you like to watch? I'm always looking for new shows.

Sadly I do not have any furbabies...but I do want one. When SO and I move into a new place where we can get one we are planning on getting a puppy.

I love netlfix more so than cable I wonder sometimes why I still have cable!

I love Netflix. I LOVE NETFLIX.

I've been going through and rewatching every single episode of South Park. I've also been able to watch all of shows like Mad Men and Breaking Bad, which is good because we don't have cable. I watch a ton of documentaries and old indie films. It's amazing.

Oh, and we get a lot of DVDs because we rent them and Tyler rips them to make our own copies.

We just got done with that one! It's so good. Also, Private Practice has one of the same actors as Greys Anatomy, which used to be my favorite. The other show that I love on netflix is Army Wives, it always gives me a good laugh.
