Seamstress / alterations recommendations in MSP area?

I purchased my dress at Heartstrings Bridal and was planning on using their seamstress until I heard bad things about her on this board.

I don't plan on using her anymore, thanks you to knotties, but I do need recommendations.

Have you had a good experience with a seamstress? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Louise is definitely the most popular but since my sister didn't have a great experience with her I went to Kristen Olson @ The Dressmaker. She did an absolutely amazing job!! Highly recommend checking her out!

I'm working with Louise right now... she's great, but super busy. Almost every appointment that I've had with her has gotten rescheduled because she's had things come up and been unable to get to my dress. It's been a bit disconcerting as I near the wedding and have more and more appointments to go to with other vendors, but I'm sure it will get done and look wonderful. She's already fixed a lot of little things that didn't fit right and is such a sweet person!

Sue Wills in Burnsville is great! 612-616-1400 I have had a ton of friends use her for wedding dresses and BM dresses. She works out of her home and is SUPER reasonable
