Pole dancing bachelorette party?

One of my bridesmaids is planning a pole dancing bachelorette party for me, I'm excited, I think it will be a lot of fun. Anyone have any experience on what to wear or what to expect? I'm a bit on the self conscious side so I'm a little apprehensive but I know I'll have a good time, any advice would be appreciated!

I normally lurk, but here I am answering because I just went to a pole dancing class the other night soooo... Make sure you wear shorts! And prepare for a couple bruises in bizarre places. It's so much fun though! I fell twice and mostly laughed a lot but it was a blast. Enjoy!

I did one of these last year. It was soooo much fun (and I'm super self-consious.) You also should wear heels (helps you feel slightly sexier). I would recommend shorts or pants instead of skirts.
