Emeralds Dry Clean & Preservation

Hi everyone!

Has anyone use Emeralds in West Roxbury for their cleaning and presevation?  There is a WeddingChannel.com deal today and I was considering buying it.  The store where I bought my dress does not include the preservation after and charges like $300 for it, which I think is crazy.

    I haven't used them for that, but I went to them for a bridesmaid alteration and was not happy.  They took the top in and didn't take the bottom in to compensate for the fact they removed 2" from the top.  As a result I had too much fabric at the skirt and it looked like I had a pointy tail.  There were also some marks on the back of the dress.  The seamstress kept saying none of that was her fault.  She did fix it without charging me.  It just really turned me off how she kept trying to place the blame elsewhere.
