  I think they have letter toppers at Michael's and Hobby Lobby that are not very expensive.

  If you have a soldering gun or are willing to learn how to solder, you can make your own with adorable rhinestones. Buying one is like $100+ but making one will only cost you like $25

  
  

  Edit: Ah crap I missed the No-DIY thing. Maybe find a friend? or get one off of e-bay. Def lurk on the classifieds because I see these things go up for sale all the time.

  I bought a wooden script letter, painted it silver, and stuck some rhinestones on it.  I'll probably hot glue it to a short skewer to hold it in the cake.  It cost me about $4.

  Google "Monogram Cake Topper"  there are plenty of inexpensive options (They might be plain - no crystals).
