Just wanted to share - we bought a house!!!!! Well, almost....
We had been looking for about 6 months or so but decided to put the search on hold due to the wedding coming up. But our realtor called last Monday and said a home was just listed that we had to look at, so we did and fell in love! Put an offer in on Monday night, stressed out all day Tuesday (was dying to post but didn't want to jinx us) and they accepted Tuesday (after going back and forth and then we almost got into a bidding war). Did the septic inspection on Friday and have the building inspection on Wednesday. Closing is set for June 15 (exactly 30 days before the wedding and the RSVP date, lol - I'm going SO crazy!) And I htought wedding plannign was stressful - this takes it to a whole new level!
I'm sooo excited - fingers crossed the building inspection goes well (and the mortgage and all the paper work goes through without a hitch) then we have a house!! A GORGEOUS one! It has a beautiful pool (which I didn't originally want, but i'ts beautiful!!!) and a sauna and a beautiful kitchen with heated floors.....Sorry, I'm being a brat now, I''m just soooo excited - it's our dream house!!! It has everything we wanted and so much more!
