recs for makeup & hair here in the east bay

Hi knotties,
 I need your help in finding a good make-up and hair vendor here in the east bay. Who are you using and why do you like them?? Thanks!

    I went to a local salon, but a lot of my friends that got married after me used foxyface.net. She was really friendly and pretty affordable.

    I highly recommend Diane Gendel.  She did my engagement session and my wedding makeup.  Not only did she do an amazing job, but she also offered alot of emotional support.  She stayed with me after all of my bridesmaids and family went to the ceremony site.  She was awesome.  Her websit is makeupbff.com and she is out of San Ramon.
