I think I am going surf and turf....stealing your lobster tail idea...now I just have to figure out how to make them.

Yummm! Do you have a steamer? That's how I normally cook them, very good and quick. But, if not, I'm sure theres a good way to bake them, good 'ol google will help

I definitely vote for steaming your lobster! You can also boil it...pretty much the same thing. YUMMMY!!!!
