Venue that allows outside catering?

Looking for a venue in or near Grand Rapids that allows an outside caterer that will accomodate around 300 people. Preferably something that isn't tens of thousands of dollars to rent :). Any suggestions?

    Check out The Cheney Place: www.thecheneyplace.com

    We're having our wedding there next fall. It's family-owned and they are a dream to work with. Very reasonable rental rates and you get to choose all your own vendors.
