Funny rsvp

I just got an rsvp from FI's friend who is nice to me but seems to be an a-face to all other women, including his gf. Our rsvps are all online, so they require guests to type in the first and last name of their plus one. So FI's friend typed in "Don't" for the first name and "Know" for the last name.

Does this mean that he doesn't know if he'll bring a date or doesn't know who they date will be? Shall I put "Don't know" on the escort card?
