When a woman goes in to get to a bridal shop to buy her wedding gown it should be one of the best experiences ever. Bella Promess Bridal was not in any way shape or form. First when we walked in for our appointment they would only show us the bigger dresses and only when we asked if we could look at the others to get ideas and order in a bigger size was the response "I guess we could do that" Not a great first impression but none the less decided to give them a try. Our appointment was at 12:30 at 1:15 we were still seated outback shoved in some corner because they overbooked and lost control of their prior appointments. Then when trying on dresses that were brought out by the attendant we were then told to get her out of that dress it was someone else's by the manager. Needless to say the bride to be was mortified by the whole experience and left the store in tears. They did how ever call later and asked if they could bring her back to try to make it right but by this time the damage was done. Buyer beware of the service from this store, especially when the worst was from the manager.
