Coney Island rehearsal dinner menu suggestions, please

My fiancé and I will be married in a destination wedding on Mackinac Island in June 2012.

I've tentatively decided to serve Coney Islands at our rehearsal dinner. But I don't know what to serve with them.

Any ideas?

    Hi there! I love Mackinac Island! Good luck! :)

    As far as sides for Coney Islands... you could go with a summer backyard bbq theme and serve cole slaw, potato salad, corn on the cob, baked beans, watermelon... I just found this page (clicky) with some interesting recipes for a creative backyard bbq.
