March isn't too bad. I remember the weekend of the 20th {at fashion week} it was really warm!

End of March would prob be OK--depends on whether you're doing on the beach (I had my RD at the beach in mid-April and it was a little cool) vs. in town and day vs. evening (again, by nighttime in mid-April for the wedding, it was a little cool).

march is fine in charleston. i am actually getting married in feb outside, avg temp is 55 :) lets just hope it doesnt snow again haha! i worked for a coordinator for a couple of years and we did MANY outdoor weddings in March. Just be prepared  to add a few heaters should it be unseasonlly cold, o rmaybe have a few little blankets available for guests while they are lounging.
