Dress to big for the FL heat??

So im not from florida and ill be getting married in st augustine in september, this is my dress

it has 3 layers of tulle under it which doesnt help, i did buy a underskirt ich was rather poofy but decided im not going to wear it because i will definately be to hot, basically im just freaking out because i think im going to be far to hot in my dress,did anyone experience the same thing or any advice

    Yes, it will be hot.  But it's going to be hot in almost anything you wear during that time of year.

    its outside its at 6pm so it will hopefully be cooling down but we are having our pictures and stuff at 3.....i know im more worried cos im english and only just moved to the statesim in tx right now and not dealing too well with the heat lol.....my option would be suck itup for the ceremony and maybe change into either a short one or a really thin long flowy one.

    i agree with PP it will be hot but not wearing something under it will make it better. The Fl heat is why i am getting married in jan. september it is still hot but not hot like july or august

    A hoop skirt will help cool it off.  That way you can still get the poof, but it will keep the fabric off your body.
