Today we received our Engagement Photo proofs in the mail, well some of them. The photographer called us a couple days ago and said last week he had some major electrical issues that took out his A/C at his studio, which resulted in him not being able to use his equipment for a while due to the 105+ heat for several days in a row. He was in the middle of finishing up our photos along with some other couples photos. He said he ended up losing half of our photos, which happened to be the ones I was most excited to see
He said it happened before he was able to get them saved onto our CD. Well with all of these issues that came up, he offered to do a 2nd photo shoot free of charge anywhere we want to go, gave us $200 more in photo credits (gives us $450 in total credits now), upgrading our Wedding Book free of charge, and is giving us 160 Wallet size pictures, which we were going to use in our invites, free of charge. Even though its disappointing, we ended up with some great photos out of the ones we did get.
