Any experience with Superior Sound or Glass Dee Entertainment?

I'm 5 months out and I still don't have a DJ. Does anyone have experience with either of these companies. They were both very reasonable.

I don't have any experience with them, but do check out To The Rescue entertainment. So far they've been lovely to work with. Every review I've read about them has been positive, and there is the added bonus that they also run a non-profit animal shelter. 10% of every booking goes towards the shelter and every event sponsors a dog. Great prices too!

No. But I did reach out to Glass Dee via email. He called a few days later. He sounded very...strange! I can't think of how else to put it! I asked that he communicate with me via email as I am rarely accessible by phone and like to have conversations documented. I sent him another email and he responded by calling 1 week later. Again sounding very strange - changing octives and volume and speed of voice! I decided to look into other options from there. It's harder to find a good DJ in Atlanta then I thought it would be! It's important that we have someone that plays the type of music we like.  I put my fiance in charge of that moving forward.

I was going to use Glass Dee and ended up using One Sound and Entertainment instead. Glass Dee would probably have been fine but he lacked professionalism for me. Mark Adams from One Sound and Entertainment was great and extremely professional. I would consider him if I were you. http://www.onesoundandent.com/

Hey. We caterered a wedding yesterday and the DJ was awesome there. I'll get his company name for you and post it. It was something 'sound' in the name, my fiance has his card I'll let you know. But they did a great job, did everything the couple wanted, helped everything flow perfectly, very professional, and even offered to help us clean up at the end of his night too! He's probably going to be our DJ for our wedding I loved them there so much. I was doing the food but wanted to dance, great music! I'll let you know soon. Hope this helps in the mean time. I know a guitarist who does excellent as well, very nice. He's our pick for our wedding musician, hard to pick between him and the DJ now. I'll let you know details tomorrow. ~Amanda

Did you happen to use One Sound's lighting package also?  I am considering One Sound for my dee jay, and Mark has been really responsive.
