I am super excited. I am planning a romantic night at home. I making a three course meal, followed by chocolate covered stawberries, a movie(haven't decided what yet), and lots and lots of chocolate (he likes it more than I do!). We just got engaged a couple of weeks ago, so I wanted to do something special. I can't wait

Our V-day will be pretty low key this year.  FI and I are really trying to watch our "entertainment budget," and this is our 7th V-day together, so we figure we can slack this year Wink  We will probably just stay in and eat some yummy food that FI will make (since he has Mondays off, and is the better cook).  We aren't exchanging presents or anything fancy.

This is our 2nd Valentine's Day together, last year was not the best (he accidently called me by his ex-wife's name - he felt worse about it than I did!).  FI has something special planned for us on Sunday (he works late Monday) but won't tell me what it is.  All he'll say is dress warmly, bring spare shoes, rain coat and camera.  We both love the water so perhaps the beach....?  I'm excited!

Not this year. My FI lives in North Carolina. We're going skiing next weekend, so we'll make up for it then!

I'm planning a surprise intimate dinner- complete with a bottle of his favorite wine, moving the coffee table by the fire place and sitting on pillows to eat, and a new recipe I found.

We went out for dinner last night at Mistral Kitchen since he has class tonight. It was fantastic.
