    I have been eating much better. I started C25K week 2 last night. Although I truly believed my legs were going to fall off last night I felt very accomplished.

    last week was good. I hit the gym 3 times and I went running outside on Friday. Idk what my weight is because I didn't weigh myself. I need to start shedding these pounds asap though. My kickboxing teacher wants to take pictures of me to post on her website but I gotta get back to the way I was during wedding time...ugh I have one month!

    I'm doing well with going to the gym and although I haven't been dieting, I've been eating better and keeping an eye on my portions.  I'm down 3 pounds and feel less bloated!

    I haven't been tracking my progress on a scale, but I've been sticking with 30DS (Level 2 now) and am definitely noticing a change in the fit of my clothes and also am feeling a lot more "toned" in my trouble areas (mostly, hips and butt).

    Like Cara, I haven't been dieting but have been watching my snacking and portions (except Sunday night when we went out to dinner for DH and mom's bday - I did splurge and order a loaded baked potato! However, I worked out even harder the next morning so I don't feel too bad about it...)

    Yeah... besides the food poisoning that I got at the beach, (which caused me to lose about 3lbs) I haven't been doing anything special. I walked every day, swam one of them, and ran up and down the damn spiral staircase 300x a day. I also drank too much, so I'm sure my not eating breakfast or lunch almost every day helped a little too...

    I am down 3 lbs since checking last - which was ages ago. I'm actually really close to the weight I'd like to be - about a pound away - although I wouldn't mind upping that goal a bit to 2 or 3 more lbs away. All in all, I need to kick it into higher gear. I feel lilke I'm slacking. So tonight I'll not only go for a long as I can on the elipitcal, but I think I'll start lifting again.

    I think I'm going to Target today and picking up Jillian's 6 Week 6-Pack DVD.  But as I was reading reviews... I noticed that she's coming out with another one in March--Ripped in 30.  I really wants it...

    I'm starting my training for the Broad St run today.  For the past few weeks I've been just getting myself ready for the Phillies 5k.  I sure hope they've got the trail plowed so I can get my 2mile run in today!

    I have been to the gym 4 times in the last week.  I'm doing well, IMO given my foot.  I can do 13 minutes on the cross trainer before my ankle says I'm finished.  Last week I could do 8.  

    I can walk down stairs now one at a time like a normal person instead of like a baby.  I still need to go slow and take my time though.  Lots of stretching etc.  

    I can do the weight machines which I have been doing and ab works.  I'm worried about my arms and around the top of my dress which I can work on.  Yay.

    I went to the gym a lot last week, but this weekend killed me with food/drinks.  I had my shower Saturday and bach. party Saturday night so I didn't do so great. I'm back to my regular gym and eating schedule though.

    I went to Weight Watchers this weekend, and lost half a pound.  Not fantastic, but not horrible, at least it is going down.  I've been working out a lot, and I feel the difference in my clothes.  I am down about 10 pounds since I started Weight Watchers, which is pretty good.  I have my dress fitting in 3 weeks, so I would love to lose another few pounds before then.

    I ate like CRAP last week with all the eating out.  This week i'm back on TRACK.  I didn't gain weight so that's good.

    I did hit up the gym 3 times and walked a lot this weekend.  But walking more than an hour (even just casually at the mall or touring colleges with FI) makes my knee sore.  I see the ortho today at 4.

    Lol. A will be there, and he had a blast shooting pool w/him. Dad liked him too. (the old guy at the bar- we call him dad)

    Ok, I didn't want to be a bother, but I'm really happy they all got along!  We talked about joining when we move, so if you can get us more info that'll be great!  Sidenote:  J works 24 hours today (8a-8a), so if he's a little out there tomorrow night that's why.  I usually hit him in the back of his head to restart his brain.
