yep, an addressing question

so one of my female cadre members has a husband who is no longer in the army, but i don't think he retired.
she is a major, and i'm not positive on how to address this one after looking for advice on the internet.

    If he didn't retire, he no longer has a title, so you would follow the rule for women who have titles and men who don't:

    outer envelope:
    Major Jane Doe and Mr. John Doe
    United States Army

    inner envelope:
    Major Doe and Mr. Doe
    Lilypie Maternity tickers
    Lilypie Second Birthday tickers
