But just wanted to check in with you ladies!

How are ya'll? Any big news?

DH and I found a new house. Its about a block away from my mother's house. Its a small 2bd/1ba and the sellers are going to pay our closing costs! Our inspection & appraisal are scheduled next week and today is day 2 of our 45 day escrow. Hurray!

We still havent gotten our 5k deposit back from those old sellers. Looks like we're going to have to take them to court

Other than that, same old-same old over here.

Praise the LORD congrats on the new house. It will all work out with the other people and if you have to take them to court please make sure you include your court costs too!
