    It's like my stepsister's tattoo - bad, bad idea.

    It looks like this:

                        Belly button
         
                         Panty line

    Lizard's head --PANTIES-- Lizard's tail

    She says it's a joke - she can either give you head or tail.  And her BFF has an identical tattoo to match.  And yes, there is a full lizard body underneath those panties.  :\
