I did a donut cake from Just Delicious Pretzels/Allie's Donuts.  Highly recommend!

Try Wright's Dairy Farm - the cakes are freshly made with the finest ingredients and prices are also very reasonable.

    We got ours here: http://www.aandjbakery.net/Wedding_Cakes.html

Cake was one thing I did not want to spend a lot of money on. We did the Swiss Dot style for our cutting cake (can sort of see it in my avatar there) and then did cupcakes in several flavors/fillings. I needed dairy-free but they also do regular cakes. Amazingly reasonable and really delicious. They'll do whatever design you want but there are some examples on that web page.

We have a pretty "fake" cake form Sin Desserts & an incredibly delicious sheet cake for serving by Gregg's restaurants.  Holy yumminess!!!  But Gregg's only makes small-ish tier cakes without much decoration.
