Bene-Fit Studio Boot Camp

If anyone is looking for a good boot camp to help them get in tip top wedding shape I would recommend this place. I went to my first boot camp class this morning at 6 am and it kicked my butt but in a great way. I am very motivated! The instructors were awesome and pushed me to do my best which is awesome.

    The studio is located on Columbia Parkway near Columbia-Tusculum, but the boot camp class was at Alms Park.

    Oh cool - I've seen those.  I kind of wanna go - I'm getting married at Alms and it would be all the more inspiration.
    Right now I'm considering a trainer at UC though so I'm kind of torn.
